  1. Zumba Fitness
    Ditch the workout and join the party!
    The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
  2. Barre Fitness
    Our classes blend strength training and stretching in a fun, friendly, high energy class that will tighten, sculpt and lengthen your muscles.
    Our Barre classes are one hour classes and are an all encompassing full body workout that is core focused and will effectively work your booty (seat), thighs, arms, and flatten your abs by using the ballet barre as the main prop to reinforce ideal positioning of the exercises, while performing small, concentrated movements. The classes are a result of fusing the ideas and philosophies of yoga, Pilates, dance and stretching. We promote camaraderie and personal guidance in every class, giving you the personal training feel in the comforts of a small group setting. (FYI- it is not a dance class)
  3. Zumba Toning
    Body Sculpting Class to Hot Rhythms!
    Cardio class that blends specific Zumba® moves and body sculpting techniques using maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks or light dubbell weights for an intense strength-training experience.
  4. Strength Circuit Classes
    Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster!
    Circuit training is a high volume (repetitions), low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals and is geared primarily at improving muscle tone and definition, while improving cardiovascular fitness. This workout involves exercising all major muscle groups (stations) in one continuous cycle, alternating between the different areas to allow for muscle recovery and to force your heart to work harder in pumping blood (and oxygen) to these constantly changing areas.
  5. Personal/Group/Sport Training
    Personal fitness program design to become your best you!
    As a certified personal trainer we meet with clients before we begin working with them to gain a better understanding of the client's goal, like losing weight or gaining muscle mass, and devise customized exercise plans based on your goals. These plans typically include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises.
  6. Kettleworx
    Burn up to 20 calories a minute while training with a kettlebell!
    KettleWorX is FAST, FUN and EFFECTIVE kettlebell training. KettleWorX 3-dimensional movements emphasize side-to-side and rotational movements into free space with the kettlebell, working multiple muscle groups at the same time, for an effective workout in half the time.
